These Terms govern use of oliseyenum.dev, including its public content, forms, resources, business demos, client portal, review access and related Oliseyenum Studio services.

By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms. Stop using the website if you do not agree.

The website presents the work of Oliseyenum Omodi, Oliseyenum Studio services and the Illumination Gate Software Engineering Academy series.

Portfolio material, articles, learning content, demonstrations and service descriptions are provided for information, education and service discovery. They are not automatically a binding offer or guarantee.

A paid project begins only after scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, fees and payment terms are confirmed separately in writing.

Requests outside an agreed scope may require a revised estimate, schedule or separate engagement.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability or an immediate response.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful or malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape protected content or use access-controlled areas without permission.

Information and files you submit must be accurate, lawful and yours to share.

Generated demos and previews are exploratory examples, not final products, quotations or production guarantees.

Resources and learning material are educational. They do not guarantee employment, income, certification, business results or mastery within a fixed period.

Examples may use fictional businesses, users and data unless clearly identified otherwise.

Client portal and review links are intended only for authorised participants. You are responsible for keeping access details secure and reporting suspected misuse.

Feedback, approvals and files submitted through controlled workspaces may become part of the project record.

Unless stated otherwise, website text, design, brand assets, portraits, project media and case-study material belong to Oliseyenum Omodi, Oliseyenum Studio or their respective owners.

The public source-code licence does not grant permission to reuse the Oliseyenum name, GS logo, portraits, client content or written brand material. See the repository BRAND.md file for the distinction.

The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, databases, email, media, payments, analytics, social platforms and other services.

Those services operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for independent third-party content or availability.

Project deposits, milestones, cancellations, refunds, warranties and support periods are governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement.

Third-party fees, subscriptions, hosting and provider charges are excluded unless expressly included.

Reasonable effort is made to keep public information and demonstrations accurate, but content may change and the website may occasionally be unavailable.

Technical articles, demos and automated suggestions should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of public website content is at your own risk. Liability for a paid engagement is governed by its separate agreement.
